    , estamos en la búsqueda de un Planner Estratégico Senior
    , con experiência superior a cuatro años en el rol, en empresas de la industria de Publicidad y Marketing**.


Con experiência en extracción de insights y detonantes creativos, construcción de estrategias de marca, segmentación/profundización de audiencias in market y out of market.

Diseño, desarrollo y liderazgo de workshops para la construcción de marcas, propósitos, brandbooks, innovación de producto, personalidad de marca, talleres de creatividad y planes de mercadeo anuales.

Indispensable conocimiento 360 del consumidor (Digital / ATL / BTL / Shopper), análisis de datos, pensamiento creativo, front con cliente, contar con buen story telling, entre otros.


Requisitos:


El equipo de estrategia/Data es parte esencial de este trabajo, razón por la cual, observamos, exploramos e investigamos el comportamiento humano, analizamos diversas fuentes de datos, identificando insights accionables para generar recomendaciones estratégicas y soluciones innovadoras que detonen el crecimiento del negocio.

Diseñamos ecosistemas flexibles y personalizados para las marcas activando todo el funnel de conversión y ayudamos a conectar a diferentes stakeholders (internos y externos) en la articulación de diferentes soluciones de negocio.


Como Planner Estratégico deberás:

  • Tener experiência en extracción de insights y detonantes creativos.
  • Conocimiento sobre modelos de construcción y elaboración de estrategias de marca.
  • Tener una visión 360 del consumidor y sus diferentes facetas/stages: (prospecto, consumidor, shopper, influenciador, usuario)
  • Entendimiento profundo de las audiencias in market y out of market que incluye capacidad de segmentación, identificación de barreras, tensiones y oportunidades.
  • Construcción de consumer decisión journeys.
  • Tener pensamiento crítico y analítico para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y soluciones a los problemas de negocio del cliente.
  • Tener habilidades de investigación y capacidad para interpretar datos cualitativos y cuantitativos.
  • Construir, faciltar y participar en talleres estratégicos/creativos que incluyen: construcción de marcas, propósitos, brandbooks, innovación de producto, personalidad de marca, plataformas de comunicación, planes de mercadeo anuales.
  • Mantenerse al día en las principales tendencias de la industria, los medios y tecnologías.
  • Tener un espíritu colaborativo y de integración que te permita trabajar con equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Traer un pensamiento disruptivo, explorar los briefs desde diferentes ángulos para encontrar soluciones innovadoras.
  • Comunicar la estrategia a través de un discurso claro, convincente, atractivo e inspirador que invite a la acción, en el que la capacidad de síntesis es altamente valorada.
  • Ofrecer recomendaciones y lineamientos estratégicos a los equipos creativos/medios/social/influencers/productos digitales/commerce.
  • Diseñar planteamientos estratégicos/soluciones creativas de negocio que puedan vivir en ecosistemas conectados integrando medios propios, pagos, compartidos y ganados.
