What will you do


The Enterprise Business Solutions function is recruiting for a Global Process Owner (GPO), Sourcing to Contracting position located in Bogota, Colombia.

The position will be responsible for shaping, implementing and continuously refining a frictionless employee/customer experience supported by end to end (E2E) processes.

As the GPO, the role will operate in a matrix organization and will be responsible for leading functional and cross functional activities to drive improved process and business performance in support of the E2E Process and improvement strategies.

This role reports to the Procurement operational lead.

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership of a global team to drive employee experience supported by E2E processes.
  • Leads the overall content governance process and is responsible to drive Category and EBS leadership alignment on content changes and execute content enhancements. Proactively works with Category leads and Sourcing leads to ensure internal and external content needs are driven in the governance meeting. Identifies the gaps related to Content quality and new content opportunities and drives gap closure plan with business, regional procurement and EBS Procurement operations.
  • Develops and delivers the External Content Enablement Strategy and framework for a robust SourcetoSettle and Spend Management process. Ensures a robust framework, capabilities, tools and continuous monitoring of operational and commercial performance of external partners needed to enable business content owners to drive their strategies, and ensure robust, seamless Source to Settle and Spend Management processes.
  • Responsible for the seamless integration of a robust external content enablement design as part of the endtoend Source to Settle process design, specifically ensuring the Sourcing design, processes and integrations are in place
  • Lead the development and implementation of E2E processes across the Procurement function while improving the employee and Supplier user experience
  • Lead continuous process improvement efforts and partner with EBS and Procurement leaders to ensure compliance with Corporate Services and Global Services Procurement standards
  • Lead analysis of experience and process performance (cost, speed, quality) to provide qualitative assessments used by Procurement leadership for demonstrating value as well as strategic planning and investments
  • Leverage employee/customer/data insights to drive prioritized service, process and technology solutions to further enhance service delivery, globally
  • Promote and support a culture of process improvement, innovation & transformation with BU Procurement partners, GS partners and stakeholders
  • Drive team engagement and develop a strong pipeline of global, diverse leaders within the experience and process team
  • Coordinating and synchronizing efforts of regional delivery and Service Excellence and Experience teams to ensure operational standards (inclusive of Managing for Daily Improvement and Continuous Improvement methodologies) are consistently deployed to drive a consistent employee/customer experience that is both effective and efficient
  • Ensuring process and operations are conducted in a compliant manner, via continuous alignment and execution of the Internal Controls framework.

Qualifications:

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Procurement, Finance or Supply Chain
  • Minimum 8 10 years of related experience in Requisition to Pay, process improvement, automation. And Minimum 2+ years of people management experience
  • Strong level of experience and knowledge specific to the supported E2E Process, project management, and a strong track record performance
  • Strong logical thinking skills, knowledge of process and system improvement, and compliance controls.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite. Detailed oriented and structured in the approach to work
  • Strong communication, data analytics, and problemsolving skills. Ability to challenge and influence others
