PROPÓSITO DEL ROL:


El Patient Service Lead brindará soluciones con un impacto significativo en los pacientes, cumpliendo con las leyes, reglamentos y códigos del sector aplicables.

Apoyará las actividades administrativas que abordan la atención al paciente y aportará soporte a sus necesidades a través de la atención y orientación proporcionadas por el profesional sanitario que trata al paciente.


RESPONSABILI
DADES:

  • Garantizar los contratos de los proveedores de PSP estén en regla.
  • Supervisar el cumplimiento de los KPIS definidos para el equipo de PSP.
  • Gestionar la operación de facturas.
  • Analizar los informes de los proveedores de PSP
  • Identificar las tendencias que definen los planes de acción estratégicos.
  • Supervisa y apoya las actividades de apoyo al paciente.
  • Revisa o busca mantener actualizados los datos en base a estudios de mercado.

HABILIDADES, COMPETENCIAS Y EXPERIENCIA:

  • Pregrado en carreras enfocadas en áreas administrativas (Admin de empresas, ingeniería industrial, etc).
  • Análisis crítico para ejecución y asignación presupuestal.
  • Nível de inglés avanzado (deseable).
  • Excel Avanzado
  • PowerBI (deseable).
  • 23 años de experiência en la industria farmacéutica.
  • Pensamiento estratégico y orientación al paciente.
  • Conocimiento en procesos de mejora y auditoria.
  • Experiência realizando análisis financieros (presupuesto y gastos)
  • Buena comunicación tanto interna (manejo de stakeholders) como externa (proveedores).
  • Capacidad para planificar, priorizar, ejecutar, realizar un seguimiento y anticiparse a los problemas de manera eficaz.
  • Trabajo en equipo.
  • Fomentar la diversidad, la equidad y un entorno inclusivo.
