Your responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Create and deliver customer requirements as per agreed SLAs.
- Deliver services through structured project management approach with appropriate documentation and communication throughout the delivery of services.
- Quality Assurance; Ensure deliverables for quality and accuracy are of the highest order. Ontime project delivery within stipulated deadlines
- Support in creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support in developing and maintaining knowledge repositories that captures qualitative and quantitative reports.
- Participate in various knowledge sharing sessions.
- Experience deploying digital engagement models.
- Experience deploying assisted / selfservice digital platforms and patient portals or patient services (including PSP)

Minimum requirements
What you'll bring to the role:
- Work experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in Marketing or Access functions
- Basic knowledge of the healthcare system and good project management experience.
- Data analyses and Financial advance skills
- English at a fluent level.
