    Your responsibilities:Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Management and implementation of communication plans, campaigns and projects against business objectives and priorities, coordinating agencies and third parties.
  • Manage daytoday strategic and operational business matters, including internal communications deployment.
  • Manage the implementation of Communication policies, trainings and processes to ensure consistency of Novartis brand position.
  • Create meaningful strategies to help engage patients through a multitude of forums and ensure that the way Patient Engagement initiatives are developed, executed, and evolved is done with the voice of the patient.
  • Ensure daily operations run effectively and efficiently, identify and resolve upcoming issues, improve processes, ensure quality deliverables.

Minimum requirements

What you'll bring to the role:

  • An advanced degree in Communications, International Relations, Business Administration or others is required.
  • Fluent English is a must
  • At least 5 to 7 years of strategic and operational experience in communications, advocacy, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry is required.
  • Knowledge of planning, executing, reporting, and publishing content (Digital and traditional)
  • Digital Skills (Social media management, measurement tools, etc).
  • Ability to work independently and with peers at different functional areas.
  • Negotiation skills and budget execution knowledge.
