¿Cuál será tu misión?
- Liderar y dirigir estrategias de Digital Media para maximizar el rendimiento de la inversión de nuestros clientes en el entorno digital, principalmente eCommerce, mediante la implementación de tácticas innovadoras y análisis exhaustivos.
Los retos clave que asumirás con nosotros serán:
- Desarrollar y ejecutar la estrategia de medios digitales pagos para nuestros clientes, especialmente en Google Ads y Meta Ads con foco en Performance e-Commerce.
- Crear y administrar campañas publicitarias en línea, incluyendo la selección de palabras clave, la creación de anuncios, audiencias y la definición de presupuestos.
- Optimizar las campañas publicitarias en línea para maximizar el rendimiento y lograr los objetivos de conversión.
- Analizar los resultados de las campañas publicitarias en línea y proporcionar informes de rendimiento detallados.
- Trabajar en colaboración con otros miembros del equipo para asegurar que todas las campañas estén alineadas con los objetivos de nuestros clientes.
- Mantenerse actualizado sobre las tendencias en medios digitales y publicidad en línea.
¿Qué necesitas para ser un Rockstar en esta posición?
- Ser profesional en Publicidad, Mercadeo, Administración de Empresas, Comunicación, Ingeniería industrial o afines. (Relacionados a Medios digitales).
- Tener experiência de 5 años en adelante en áreas relacionadas a Medios Digitales o medios pagos como por ejemplo; Planner digital, Trafficker digital, Senior de pauta, Especialista digital, Digital marketing strategist, Bidding platform Specialist, Social media, Paid media, entre otros.
- Experiência específica en eCommerce de al menos 2 años manejando medios digitales.
- Experiência liderando equipos (No excluyente)
- Tener conocimiento y certificaciones en: Facebook Bussiness Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads ( Especialmente Google Shopping), Google Merchant Center, planeación y creación de estrategias.
