Key responsibilities:
Managing assigned subledgers, such as Credit Cards, bank accounts, accounts payable, Billing, A/R, Fixed Assets accounting software and other 3rd party programs;Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors;Ensure all accounting entries are entered and are paid or handled in a timely and accurate manner;Assist with special projects as necessary;Subledger Examples;Processing invoices for payments;Analyze and post all credit card transactions accordingly;Analyze and post all bank transactions accordingly;Inventory control.
Perfil buscado (h/m)Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience; 1-3 years of similar sub-ledger experience;Detail oriented;Experience with accounting software (SAP, Siigo, others);Thorough knowledge of accounts payable and account reconciliation;Strong communication skills and the ability to handle internal & external interactions in a professional manner;Bilingual- English (B2).
