Actualmente estamos buscando fortalecer nuestro equipo administrativo con el próximo/a
:Customer Success Associate.
El/la
Customer Success Associate se encarga de las actividades clave garantizar un excelente servicio personalizado a nuestros clientes y retenerlos para que continúen aprendiendo con nuestros productos.
¿Cómo vas a lograrlo?
Entre tus responsabilidades, estarán:
- Dar soluciones a incidencias y trabajar de la mano con los equipos internos para dar seguimiento a los clientes nuevos y potenciales).
- Brindar seguimiento y servicio personalizado por medio de los canales como son: whatsapp, correo electrónico.
- Llevar a cabo las actualizaciones y feedbacks a clientes de acuerdo a sus solicitudes mediante tickets.
Eres la persona que estamos buscando si cuentas con
- Licenciatura o Ingeniería en: Administración, Comunicación, Comercial o afines.
Experiência mínima
de 3 años en operaciones en servicio al cliente / comercial.
- Experiência con CRM. _Un plus._
- Excel Nível Intermedio.
- Habilidades de negociación y facilidad de palabra.
- Profesionalismo y gusto por tener contacto con clientes internos y externos.
- Computadora/Laptop.
