We are searching the best talent for
GPO Payroll Lead to be in
Bogotá, Colombia.
Regional GPO Payroll Lead in LATAM will support the Payroll GPO Organization within the region in scope.

Resource is responsible to be the trusted advisor to the service delivery organization, understanding their needs, translating them into business cases and overseeing the execution of projects for the existing solution landscape.

This role will also manage the stabilization, anchoring and adoption of the new global solution for the deployed countries identifying potential process improvements and opportunities in the solution and managing the relationship between the GPO Organization.


This position will:

  • Partner with local country teams as well as the business architecture leads in process improvement and implementation strategies for the payroll teams relating to Salesforce, Kronos, Workday, SAP, local payroll systems and other strategic tools and Third-Party Vendors (TPV). Takes direction and participates as a part of payroll global solutions organization.
  • Partner with countries within the region(s) and Global cross functional teams to support project requirements based on these key initiatives and strategies.
  • Responsible for the SteadyState projects for LATAM in partnering with local teams and mobilization of the resources in close partnership with the local payroll teams and different partners.
  • Oversee the accomplishment of the implementations of Payroll and Time & Attendance solutions including ensuring the deliverables, timelines, adoption and stabilization for all project phases across the regional domain.
  • Build regional roadmaps and offer support to the country payroll teams.
  • Understand the Payroll business process, how the solutions fulfill those requirements and identify any improvement opportunity leveraging on new technologies, market experience and intelligent automation.
  • Support Galileo 2.0 roadmap and strategy preparation for execution postseparation in 2023.

  • Build detailed project plans, understand multiple project methodologies including waterfall and agile, manage project's tasks and efforts including in all turning points, resources, finances, and status reporting.


 Contractor Management
  • Manage allocated contractor resources and confirm communication of tasks and supervise and manage performance. Partner with Third Party Vendors to deliver solutions on budget and on time.


 Technology Expertise
  • Not only understand new technologies empowering abilities to implement more efficiently, but train and research to demonstrate an expertise in these technologies.


 Metric Reporting
  • Research industry metrics and benchmarks. Build and present outstanding dashboards depicting regional initiatives, strategies, and challenges.


 Roadmap Strategy
  • Understand the region's policies and regulations to manage intake for preparing long and shortterm regional initiative roadmaps.


As a middle-level contributor the GPO Payroll will contribute to the identification, development, implementation, and communication of optimization of practices, policies, and/or procedures.

Ensure that deliverables meet or exceed individual objectives, adhere to payroll and T&A goals and align with service center compliance strategies.

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • 8 years of project management related experience required. Experience managing, planning and implementing projects and strategic change initiatives for sustained impact required.
  • Should have Payroll and/or Time & Attendance implementations.
  • English and Spanish Language proficiency.
  • Regional experience and a strong Enterprise mentality preferred.
  • This position is in region and has up to 10% domestic and international travel.
