YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Webinar Program Ownership
  • Creating and managing all aspects of company webinars endtoend from Livestorm platform setup to production. Assist with webinar topics, presentation creation, and promotional efforts. Incorporating webinar best practices and leveraging data insights to achieve business objectives.


 Data
  • Managing and cleaning the customer and partner database and lists to ensure accurate audience segmentation and deployment. Monitoring and minimizing unsubscribe/bounce/complaint rates and ensuring spam regulation and compliance.


 Misc Operations
  • Assisting with marketing operational tasks as needed, including but not limited to the customer reference program.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

  • Knowledge of A/B test strategies and test planning
  • A love for building automated journeys and workflows
  • Ability to meet deadlines and revenue goals; be able to manage multiple projects at a time
  • Handson experience with sales and marketing automation systems, particularly Salesforce, HubSpot, Constant Contact and Livestorm
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Datacentric with a passion for optimization based on findings and results
  • High attention to detail with a drive for accuracy
  • Proven track record of working independently and with sales teams and multiple levels of management
