This is a key position responsible to lead TTS Digital Product team within Treasury & trade Solutions business, responsible for the digital solutions for our corporate clients at Andean Region (Colombia, Chile, Ecuador and Peru), including Digital Account Solutions and Digital Platforms; helping drive the digital solutions strategy, lead the digital agenda and product development, adaptation, launching, adoption and performance to serve with high impact and scalable solutions our Corporate clients, Stakeholders and Society and industries in this momentum that the financial industry is facing with disruptive innovation and technology evolution.
It will also have direct impact in the other TTS business such as Payments, Liquidity, Receivables and Trade products. We provide clients with Digital Solutions to effectively manage their financial positions, working capital and supply chains. In addition, TTS interacts with many strategic areas of the bank including Treasury, Finance and BCMA.
Deep Knowledge regarding Digital Solutions, Market Trends, and Developed communication skills are required to guide, influence and co-work with colleagues of multiple areas, external customers, and other key players.
Provides advice and counsel related to digital Solutioning and product strategy, technology, operative models, regulatory compliance, control, and commercialization of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coordinate, develop, accelerate, and execute all activities related with Treasury and Tread Solutions Digital Agenda for Digital Account Solutions and Digital Platforms at Andean Region countries to achieve business goals.
- Responsible to manage the overall performance of Digital Solutions, adoption, client experience, pricing, risk/compliance, and distribution.
- In charge of the development, financial planning, marketing, implementation and product management for electronic banking systems, host to host solutions, account solutions among others digital solutions.
- Analyze client interactions and ecosystem, connectivity options, data platforms, processors and electronic banking channels and platforms.
- Manage product risk and control, documentation, credit, legal and regulatory risk, and manage transactional P&L through business drivers, and profitability ratios
- Analyzes vertical/product specific P&L's to ensure goals are being met
- Participates in/facilitates product discussions with partners in asset distribution, legal, credit risk, operations, and systems capabilities to ensure seamless delivery of program expansions
- Continuously improve the solutions, attached processes and client experience, working with other Product Heads and Managers of the TTS Andean Cluster and with LATAM Region Team, to ensure full alignment with portfolio and strategy.
- Implements performance improvement strategies, with a specific focus on crosssell and integration, including the development of competitive analyses, market analyses, product development road maps, market plans, pricing strategies and product line extensions.
- Drive New Product and product enhancements, at different stages as Planning, Design, Readiness, Development, Launching, Commercialization, Adoption and Performance.
- Participates in and prepares materials for the Product Approval Program and related processes, ensures products are delivered and adhere to all parameters globally
- Identify Market/industry trends and business opportunities. Partners closely with sales teams to identify client opportunities and with the client management organization to meet with prospective clients and to size new opportunities
- Work with Product Managers of the TTS Andean and LATAM Team, to ensure full alignment with portfolio and strategy.
- Cowork with partners of TTS different product families as Payments, Receivables, Liquidity & Trade; as well with Sales, Technology, Operations Legal, Compliance & Thirdparty teams.
- Work closely across functions to ensure development plans are understood and impact considered.
- Collaborates with crossfunctional teams, including technology, operations, legal, implementations, and sales to deliver solutions for Citi clients.
- Drive co creation session with customers and teams, and extrapolating models already launched in other geographies.
- Assists sales and relationship managers in building skills needed to identify client needs, and proposes solutions in line with business objectives
- Represent customer needs and provide strategic direction on product development features, functionality, and overall competitiveness
- Build consensus and awareness of Digital value proposition throughout the organization and key partners
Qualifications:
- Experience in Digital Platforms and Digital Solutions and or Cash Management products/Solutions.
