We are looking for a Procurement Lead ANDEAN CLUSTER to lead the sourcing process for the PMI markets located in the above-mentioned cluster, develop a team of 5 direct reports located in different countries

You will formulate and implement strategies that deliver cost-effective procurement solutions reflecting the impact on PMI's financials and ensuring vendor's performance and compliance with PMI principles

Your 'day to day'

Understand the cluster's growth and complexity and each market's singularities, demand forecast and opportunities. Manage direct report's leadership and stakeholder's relationships. Leverage business acumen to provide strategic thinking to assure, protect and create value to PMI.

Coordinate whenever possible the integration with Global/ Regional Strategy to leverage upon existing contracts and sourcing processes or deploy a local strategy to sustain the reliable delivery of goods/services, achieve cost improvement, minimize risks, optimize processes, improve quality and ensure efficient demand management.

Develop market supplier base and manage assigned supplier contracts.

Who we're looking for

  • University degree in Economics, Financial management or Business Administration
  • Diploma from a recognized Procurement Institute is an asset
  • Preferably 7+ years' experience in procurement, 3+ years at a strategic level
  • Exposure to a multinational environment
  • Experience and knowledge of the Andean market
  • Experience in Indirect spend management
  • Is a must to have an understanding and confirmed experience in FCMG.
