Main

Responsibilities:

  • Daytoday management and participation in Carrier's Team operational functions
  • Oversight of data projects preparation, development, delivery and prioritizing deadlines.
  • Address issues with customer experience leaders.
  • Overseeing the correct forecasting and execution of stock control.
  • Proposals for the creation and development of control systems in case of incidents with the product.
  • Attention to the support team and management of complaints and claims.
  • Updating of data tables (Notion) with reports.
  • Trainer for new team members.

Requirements:

- +3 years of demonstrable work experience leading operations teams for supplier relations.

  • Solid technical knowledge in database management, SQL.
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
- +2 years of experience in business strategy planning and management.

  • Bachelor's degree in business fields, management training, industrial engineering or administrative engineering.
