Job Description:
Join our team at Plum as a Sales Support/Data Entry Specialist. This position plays a crucial role in assisting our sales team by ensuring accurate data management and order processing.

This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive problem-solving approach.



Duties:

  • Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining relationships
  • Provide technical support to customers and internal teams
  • Use CRM tools to track sales activities and customer interactions
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports accurately and in a timely manner
  • Process orders and ensure timely delivery to clients
  • Maintain accurate client data and spreadsheets
  • Communicate customer feedback for continuous improvement
  • Support projects by researching and consolidating information
  • Perform routine audits of databases and files
  • Enhance sales operations and improve customer service
  • Perform other administrative duties as required


Experience & Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience
  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong database management and data analyst skills
  • Excellent grammar and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
  • Tech-savvy with strong customer service skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software and payment processing tools
  • Prior experience in sales or account management is a plus
