We're on the lookout for a Junior Fieldwork Specialist to join our team in Bogotá. In this role, you'll directly engage with clients, taking charge of tasks crucial for the success of Market Research projects.

As a Junior Fieldwork Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the project management team by sending surveys and managing quotes to fulfill client sample requests.
  • Coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Engaging with panelists via email to complete studies.
  • Maintaining data and sample quality standards across projects.
  • Tracking panelists and clients.
  • Compiling metric reports upon study completion.
  • Building strong relationships with external clients and addressing their inquiries.
  • Consistently monitoring project conditions against initial specifications.
