Desarrollar nuevos canales y potenciar canales actuales para la distribución y comercialización del portafolio de vacunas en el mercado privado mediante el diseño e implementación de estrategias comerciales y/o trade marketing, con el objetivo de capitalizar y crear nuevos puntos de contacto en el journey del consumidor/paciente en los diferentes canales que mejoren su experiência y faciliten la vacunación.
Tus responsabilidades:
- Diseñar e implementar estrategias comerciales y trade marketing para los diferentes canales en el mercado privado de vacunas, monitorizar su correcta ejecución e impacto y ajustar según se requiera para lograr los objetivos de ventas y rentabilidad esperados
- Desarrollar iniciativas que faciliten el puente entre la generación de demanda (prescripción) por parte de profesionales de la salud y los puntos de vacunación logrando capitalizar la toma de decisión por parte del consumidor/paciente
- Fortalecer alianzas estratégicas con los canales de vacunación actuales
- Desarrollar relacionamiento estratégico y comercial con canales alternativos de vacunación farmacias)
- Liderar el desarrollo propuestas de valor que mejoren la experiência del consumidor/paciente durante su proceso de awareness, decisión y vacunación en los canales
- Mapear todos los canales disponibles con el fin de priorizar y desarrollar las oportunidades para potenciar la vacunación
- Desarrollar el plan de cuentas en conjunto con el área comercial / KAM y marketing para introducción de nuevos productos y/o creación de nuevas oportunidades en los clientes
- Asegurar y coordinar el éxito de los procesos administrativos de instituciones, sistemas de compras y/o licitaciones de sus instituciones (TBC)
- Trabajar con los equipos multidisciplinarios de vacunas para coordinar y apoyar las actividades dirigidas a los canales privados para el desarrollo del portafolio y lanzamiento de nuevos productos

Tus calificaciones:
- Profesional Universitario en carreras del área comercial, administrativa, ingeniería, economía o afines
- Posgrado en administración, marketing
- 5 años en roles comerciales, trade marketing y/o desarrollo de negocio en empresas de consumo masivo, farmacéuticas (OTC) o actores del canal privado de vacunas (distribuidores, operadores logísticos, cadenas)
- Nível de ingles intermedio
