We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the development of our channel, driving negotiations that enhance the presence and relevance of Mattel brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Channel Development: Lead the development of our channel, generating negotiations that enhance the presence and relevance of Mattel brands.
  • Business Opportunity Identification: Identify new business opportunities for Mattel in the country.
  • Target Achievement: Responsible for achieving GS/POS targets and profitability margins in your CBT.
  • Client Portfolio Management: Manage the client's portfolio as well as the promotional budget for the year.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in sales within retail/mass consumption.
  • Negotiation Skills: High negotiation skills, including the ability to persuade and close deals.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to structure and detect new business opportunities.
  • Analytical Skills: High analytical skills and advanced Excel management.
