Actualmente estamos buscando a nuestro próximo Business Developer B2B en Guatemala, serás responsable de identificar y desarrollar oportunidades de negocio
con clientes empresariales. Tu objetivo principal será impulsar el crecimiento de la
empresa al establecer relaciones sólidas con nuevos clientes y expandir nuestra
cartera existente.

Responsabilidades

  • Tendrás un rol como Hunter, encargado de la prospección, búsqueda y
desarrollo de nuevos clientes desde cero, a través de diferentes canales

  • Llegarás a tomadores de decisión de distintas compañías y sectores
generando una venta consultiva

  • Serás el encargado de todo el ciclo de venta, de principio a cierre exitoso.
  • Manejo y actualización de CRM
  • Hubspot
  • Realizar análisis exhaustivos de los mercados objetivo para identificar
oportunidades de negocio y tendencias del sector

  • Establecer relaciones sólidas con los clientes y mantener comunicación
regular para entender sus necesidades y ofrecer soluciones personalizadas

  • Presentar y negociar propuestas comerciales, contratos y acuerdos con los
clientes

  • Participar en eventos, ferias comerciales y conferencias para representar a
la empresa y establecer contactos comerciales

  • Mantenerse actualizado sobre las últimas tendencias y novedades del
mercado y la industria

  • Cumplir con los objetivos de ventas y crecimiento establecidos

Requisitos

NIVEL EDUCATIVO

  • Profesional en carreras Administrativas (No excluyente)

EXPERIENCIA

  • Experiência de mínimo 2 años en roles comerciales 100% Hunter
  • Preferiblemente en un entorno B2B
  • Experiência con producto SaaS
  • Experiência llegando a tomadores de decisión de Recursos Humanos
  • Experiência en manejo de CRM
