Responsibilities:

Solution Area Specialist:

A Solution Area Specialist discovers and qualifies new leads; drives consumption with new and exisiting customers. Identifies market and customer needs and collaborates with internal teams to devise solutions to meet those needs. Orchestrates deals across multiple stakeholder groups including partners. Positions Microsoft solutions in competitive landscape through research and collaboration; utilizes industry expertise to differentiate Microsoft solutions.

Develops and manages pipeline for territory and forecasts resource needs; meets with customers on site to deepen relationships and solution development.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with One Commercial Partner (OCP) and other assigned partners to crosssell and upsell products, solutions, and services. Understands the ecosystem of the partners in a solution area.
  • Supports their team on participating in Microsoft events. Contributes to setting Reaches out to peers and senior team members within the subsidiary to gain technical knowledge in a solution area.
  • Seeks client feedback (both formal and informal) to identify and understand the drivers of satisfaction and execute plans to maintain and continue to build on it, and to identify and understand the drivers of dissatisfaction, determine the root cause of problems, and establish recovery action plan to improve clients overall experience. Shares feedback with account teams.

Territory Channel Management Intern


Territory Channel Managers curate and connect to customers, an ecosystem of best of breed solutions in territory driving growth in customer acquisition in assigned territory.


Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Customer Program Manager, Partner Development Teams, and Partner Marketing Teams to drive channel activation, with a focus on growing Partner Reach, Frequency and Yield across all Cloud Services and with Cloud Services Provider program as the primary motion.
  • Improve partner sales velocity by ensuring partners are aware of resources and programs available to them to alleviate any friction points; scaling partner impact through our Indirect Providers engagement as well as any complementary partner to partner engagement. Ensure channel execution readiness by leading enablement and activation activities in partnership with the Partner Marketing Advisors.
  • Maximize customer acquisition and revenue by orchestrating endtoend sell with motion with the Partner Marketing Advisors and Partner Management teams, to identify the market opportunities, create the relevant Go To Market campaigns inclusive of offers and incentives to drive leads and opportunities for prioritized partners.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • Students with knowledge in System engineering, Information technology, administration, business, or related.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Passion for technology and customer obsessed.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills.
  • Strong balance of both business and technical skills
  • Exceptional negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Technical consulting, technical consultative selling, product development, or related technical/sales experience is a plus
  • English Language Proficiency basic or intermediate is a plus
