Objetivo General del Rol:


Liderar el crecimiento y el éxito de la compañía en el mercado Peruano, asegurando un enfoque estratégico y una ejecución efectiva de las iniciativas comerciales y operativas.


Responsabilidades:

  • Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de ventas alineadas con los objetivos de la empresa, las tendencias del mercado y las necesidades del cliente para impulsar el crecimiento en el mercado.
  • Desarrollar alianzas estrategicas que permitan el crecimiento de la organizacion.
  • Liderar, desarrolla y motivar al equipo, brindando orientación, capacitación y apoyo para garantizar que se cumplan o superen los objetivos de rendimiento.
  • Identificar y prospectar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y desarrollar estrategias para penetrar en segmentos de mercado no explotados.
  • Representar y promover la cultura, los valores y la misión de la empresa dentro del equipo y ante clientes, socios y otras partes interesadas en Perú.
  • Realizar el seguimiento a métricas de rendimiento, analizar datos y generar informes para evaluar el progreso hacia los objetivos e identificar áreas de mejora.
  • Realizar un análisis de mercado exhaustivo para identificar oportunidades, tendencias y amenazas competitivas, y ajustar las estrategias de ventas en consecuencia.
  • Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes clave, socios y partes interesadas para mejorar las oportunidades comerciales y la satisfacción del cliente.
  • Gestionar de manera efectiva los presupuestos de ventas, asignando recursos de manera eficiente para maximizar el ROI y la rentabilidad.
  • Colaborar con otros departamentos como marketing, operaciones y finanzas para garantizar la alineación y el apoyo a las iniciativas de ventas.

¿Qué se requiere para este rol?

  • 10 años de experiencia comercial, 5 de ellos liderando equipos, StarUp y Apertura de mercados.
  • Maestría en carreras administrativas.
  • Nivel de inglés avanzado: C1
