Objective:
Leadership of all department activities within the hotel, working in collaboration with Housekeeping, F&B, andImplementation of the hotel's sales strategy, in order to reach and go beyond the expected figures in Rooms, A&B, and other departments.
He is responsible for presenting statistics or other information from the sales area to the Leadership Committee.
Attends departmental meetings and ensures that during their execution they are carried out with clear and precise information for his team.
Ensure that sales department associates provide the best possible service to internal and external customers.Responsible for the annual sales budget
Responsible for the preparation of the annual Sales planEnsures that established hotel guidelines are met, with the maintenance of financial records, money management and licensing, including timely and accurate reporting of financial information.
Directs sales strategies and implementations of actions, in order to create and form a solid team and achieve the department's objectives.

Monitor and evaluate trends in local, national and international markets, as well as competitive sales initiatives, in order to ensure that the hotel's strategies continue to be competitive and cutting-edge.
Leads the management of all key sales accounts and groups.Create strategies for allocating prices, inventory, and sales resources.
Actively participates in sales meetings, developing and adjusting sales accounts and pricing strategies.
Assist and coordinate sales activities, as well as make sure to inform the entire hotel.
Maintains an updated database of group leaders, national and international conferences, among others in order to ensure the implementation of appropriate activities for the development of the department.
Ensures that sales proposals, digital tools and other sales communications are in line with the hotel's brand standards and are up to date in terms of information.

Qualifications
Professional in Hospitality and Tourism, Hotel Administration, Marketing and Advertising or its equivalent of three years of experience in the area.
Knowledge of hotel systems
Minimum experience of 5 years in chain hotels.
Skills:
Leadership, negotiation, conflict resolution, assertive communication, persuasion, teamwork.
