About the role


The Reward Manager is responsible for the design, analysis, and measurement of compensation programs across the Colombia & SouthLac organizations.

As Compensation Manager, you will work in close collaboration with the Head of Reward LAC to ensure our regional compensation programs are aligned with business and HR strategies anare boldve and locally compliant

About You

  • Drive development of compensation philosophy in alignment with organization strategy.
  • Drive Total Reward projects sought at optimizing and improving programs in the country to drive talent attraction, retention and engagement
  • Lead assessment of compensation structure, pay mix, and market positioning and discuss recommendations with HR Leadership.
  • Design and implement the Reward Framework across different employee generation ensuring alignment and consistency in rewards policy & framework.
  • Draw recommendations for actions as required.
  • Design Pay Ranges based on reward philosophy and qualitative inputs from compensation benchmarking exercise.
  • Guide the internal process according to job matching, benchmarking and to develop pay bands.
  • Lead annual salary reviews across Colombia & SouthLac.
  • Review current variable pay plans, analyse market standard methodologies, conduct cost impact analysis and propose design modifications in alignment with the key imperatives.
  • Develop monetary and nonmonetary employee incentive programs to recognize employee service, safety and special achievements.
  • Improve communication and change management within the markets to develop Total Reward capability in the HR community, line managers and all employees.
  • Rewards compliance & oversight with global policies and local legislation while ensuring cost and financial risk management.
  • Work closely with Senior HR Leads and Business Executives across country clusters and Business Lines to promote best practices in the design, communication and administration of Reward policies and programs to attract and engage the best talent in the market.
  • Take leadership on all compensation issues for all businesses operating in the country.
  • Collaborate across HR (including HR Services) to ensure effective method of standard reward policies and end to end reward processes.
  • Responsible for end to end design and management of all employee related benefits and polices
  • Provide advisory support in crafting special policies for specific BU or employee segment.
  • Review, suggest & address any off cycle needs of the HRBP which may be of compensation changes, levelling recommendations, custom market analysis etc.
  • Responsible for improving awareness and understanding of reward philosophy and programs across the business HRBP, Staffing and Line Manager teams through various communication channels and development of reward communication tools
