Role Overview:

The Otis Americas Finance team is seeking a customeroriented and resultsdriven individual to join the team
This position will be responsible for producing Certified Payroll (CPAY) reports to meet contractual requirements and customer expectations for the North American organization. Responsibilities include customer contract onboarding to OTIS's CPAY process, comprehending requirements, meeting due dates, dispute resolution, and verbal and written communications with internal OTIS and external customers.
On a typical day you will:

  • Review and comprehend assigned Certified Payroll projects and contracts in preparation for regular reporting.
  • Generate reports timely and accurately
  • on paper, in pdf, in third party portals.
  • Acknowledge disputes and work resolution timely and thoroughly, using established escalation paths as needed.
  • Maintain project requirements in Sharepoint CPAY dashboard and third party portals.
  • Maintain activities daily in Sharepoint CPAY dashboard and third party portals.
Follow standard work including documentation protocol and privacy policies. Utilize multiple data sources based on diverse customer requirements. Share lessons learned with team, team leads, supervisors to maintain consistency across Otis's process. What You Will Need to be Successful:
  • Excellent demonstrated customer service skills required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite. Adaptability to effectively navigate third party portals. Experience with personal privacy laws and policies

Education:
Student or professional in Administration, accounts or related.
