Características indispensables del aspirante:

Experiência de 5 años en Marketing Digital.
Profesional en Publicidad o carreras afines.
Liderazgo en la gestión de comunidades,, mejora continua de tácticas de engagement.
Conocimientos es Marketing Digital, Growth Marketing, Adds, con habilidades para formar y empoderar a un equipo diverso.
Dominio de herramientas de CRM, Google Adds, Facebook Adds, inteligencia artificial, Excel Avanzado, ClickFunnel, Canva, etc.
Capacidad de dirigir campañas y lanzamientos.
Habilidad de elaborar y ejecutar estrategias de crecimiento digital.
Destreza en Gestión y seguimiento de proyectos, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos y plazos.
Competencia analizando métricas y datos para tomar decisiones basadas en la inteligencia de negocio.
Excelente organización para manejar múltiples proyectos y tareas de manera eficaz y productiva.
Inglés conversacional intermedio

Descripción de tareas y responsabilidades:

Desarrollar y ejecutar constantemente estrategias innovadoras para aumentar nuestra presencia en el mercado.
Fortalecer y expandir nuestra comunidad, fomentando la comunicación efectiva y el engagement.
Crear y medir KPI's propios y del equipo.

Liderar y monitorear el progreso y el rendimiento de los proyectos asignados, garantizando la entrega en tiempo y forma.

Proporcionar formación y apoyo constante a los siete integrantes del equipo, asegurando su crecimiento y desarrollo.
Realizar análisis de datos profundos para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y mejora continua.
Analizar y reportar el ROI.
