Contáctica is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Growth Officer to join our team.

As the Chief Growth Officer, you will be responsible for driving the company's revenue growth strategy and expanding our client base.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and implement innovative growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing and sales initiatives to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize business operations and improve customer acquisition and retention.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth and innovation.
  • Stay uptodate with industry developments and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation.
  • Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the team to foster a culture of growth and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth in the digital marketing industry.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Indepth knowledge of the digital marketing landscape and emerging trends.
  • Experience in developing and implementing growth strategies.
  • Ability to analyze data and make datadriven decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven ability to drive and manage change in a fastpaced environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for innovation.
