Job Description The role**:

Senior Administrative Analyst

Summary of the role:

The Senior Administrative Analyst is focused on ensuring the smooth operation of the office and delivering exceptional service to customers by negotiating with providers to meet the internal processes' needs within the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing general office operation;
  • Greeting visitors, answering of incoming phone calls and delivering worldclass service to our customers;
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations;
  • Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels;
  • Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts;
  • Manage a variety of contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease;
  • Check invoices and create PO (Purchase Orders) in SAP system on time;
  • Coordinate general maintenances in our offices, equipment's and vehicles;
  • Partner with HR to update and maintain office polices as necessary and support events.

Qualifications Qualifications**:

  • University degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 3+ years or more of experience in office management or facility management

Additional Information Technical Competences**:

  • Fluent in English both written & spoken, other languages a plus.
  • Knowledge in SAP FI is a plus
  • Quantitative and analytical skills are required
  • Microsoft Office suite, advanced excel skills needed, (power BI, SharePoint a plus)
