RES - MTE department under Amadeus has a key ownership in terms of Mobility and Insurance implementations. As part of this role, the employee will be responsible for the functional specs of Car Rental and Taxi productsSummary of the role:
We are looking for a senior product definition analyst with expertise in your respective domain and with technical knowledge on the areas that you have worked on so farDefine solutions by researching current technology trends, connecting different Amadeus products, gathering requirements from clients, and proposing new features to improve the overall experience.Work using existing procedures or guidelines and provides inputs to support/influence area decisions.Makes recommendations on new solutions and proposes improvements by analyzing different sources of information.Works with a moderate level of guidance and direction from manager.We also expect you to have minimal knowledge about Amadeus business and its productsIn this role you'll:
In this role you are expected to assess requirements, carry out functional design, create functional specification, functional validation, analyze logs and assess the problem tickets, interface and communicate with key stake holders, create sequence diagrams, basic knowledge on understanding APIsAbout the ideal candidate:
Candidate with 7+ years of experience and has minimum qualification of B.EExperience in Business Analysis, Stake holder management, Risk management, Clear written and verbal communication skills, Agile methodology, knowledge on workflow and sequence diagrams, basic knowledge on SOAP/ Postman usageWhat we can offer you:
