Your New Role...

The Administrative Analyst is a crucial professional who provides direct administrative support to senior management and plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operations of the management office. This position involves handling complex and confidential administrative tasks and coordinating key activities essential for the success of managerial operations.

Job Responsibilities...

  • Support to Senior Management: Providing direct administrative support to management, managing schedules, preparing documents and presentations, and organizing travel and meetings.
  • Communication Management: Facilitating communication between senior management, employees, and other departments to ensure timely and efficient information flow.
  • Strategic Project Coordination: Collaborating with senior management in planning, executing, and monitoring strategic projects to meet set deadlines and objectives.
  • Confidential Information Management: Handling confidential and sensitive information discreetly and securely, ensuring compliance with privacy policies and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Event and Meeting Organization: Coordinating logistics for special events, conferences, executive meetings, and client visits, ensuring efficient handling of all details.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Assisting in data collection, analysis, and presentation to support strategic decision-making by senior management.
  • Administrative Process Management: Supervising and enhancing existing administrative processes to boost efficiency and productivity within the management team.
  • Support and Collaboration: Working closely with People and Culture on workplace safety and health issues, as well as ensuring timely billing for various projects.

Competencies:

  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrating the ability to grasp the organization's strategic vision and contribute to its realization through efficient task and project execution.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum requirement of a high school diploma, preferably a university degree in business administration.
  • Relevant work experience in administrative roles, preferably with exposure to executive management.
  • Advanced proficiency in office software like SAP and information management and communication tools.
