**About the role**:
As a **Senior QA Engineer**, you will be part of a highly skilled technology and agile team by supporting and developing cutting-edge solutions to meet our business requirements. You will help us accelerate our customers' business results by innovating cutting-edge digital products.

Some of your essential day-to-day job duties and responsibilities will include:

- Planning: work with product management and engineering to develop test plans for large and small projects
- Pre-release feature testing in lower environments
- Post-deployment feature testing in production
- Pre-release regression testing in lower environments for large-scale projects
- Post-deployment regression testing in production for large-scale projects
- Performance, security, usability and accessibility testing to create and maintain benchmarks across all these areas
- Defect Management: Any defects found during testing are documented and tracked
- Test Reporting: After testing is complete, a comprehensive test report is generated that includes the test results, defects
- Maintain a record of specific releases, test coverage, and failures
- Ongoing monitoring of Content Pipeline throughput and performance
- Regular automated smoke tests and oversight following deploys

**Our Requirement**:

- 6+ years of manual testing experience.
- Extensive backend/microservices/API testing experience
- Experience with the following:

- Agile/Scrum framework
- Test case management software
- API testing tools (Postman)
- Strong knowledge of AWS and Cloud watch
- Experience using Datadog
- Thorough understanding of QA processes in an agile/scrum development environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an attention to detail, including ability to interface effectively with external customers.
- Ability to work on multiple projects at once.
- Ability to troubleshoot and identify root cause.
- Comfortable working with distributed teams.
