Como CPO, serás un miembro clave del equipo de liderazgo de nuestro cliente y jugarás un papel fundamental en su desarrollo y éxito.


Tu misión será impulsar la estrategia de gestión humana, desarrollando el talento y liderando iniciativas para fomentar un entorno de trabajo productivo y colaborativo.


Requisitos:

  • Buscamos una persona estable, interesada en una relación laboral de largo plazo.
  • Título universitario en Administración de Empresas o Ingeniería Industrial de una reconocida universidad.
  • Dominio del inglés, nível B2 o superior.
Pasión por la gestión humana y relaciones interpersonales excepcionales.

  • Sólida formación cuantitativa y entendimiento de la dinámica de los negocios desde sus diferentes perspectivas.
