We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team at Teltonika. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our financial growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to ensure the company's financial health and growth.
- Cash Flow Management: Oversee daily and weekly cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity to meet our obligations.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Financial Risk Management: Identify and evaluate financial risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage the administrative and finance team, including setting objectives, reviewing performance, and fostering professional development.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with the CEO and other departments to support their financial needs and ensure alignment with our overall strategy.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience (7+ years) in a senior financial leadership role, preferably as a CFO or in a similar capacity.
- Skills: Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and regulatory frameworks; experience in strategic financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Language: Fluency in English (at least B2) is required (written and oral).
- Personal Qualities: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making; strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
