Responsibilities:
Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all aspects of our global Amazon presence, including listings across North America and Europe. Expand our Amazon footprint into new markets following Amazon's perfect launch formula. Develop strategies and content to optimize listings for maximum visibility and conversion rates. Monitor and analyze the performance of listings, implementing improvements where necessary. Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to manage inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment and mínimal stock-outs. Implement promotional strategies to increase sales volume, including PPC campaigns, coupons, and lightning deals. Acquire a high volume of customer reviews while maintaining a positive rating across all product listings and markets. Generate reports to report on sales volumes, returns, and other KPIs. Collaborate closely with bookkeeping and finance teams.

Collaborate with global sales, marketing, and product development teams to align our Amazon strategy with the overall vision and direction of the company.

Stay up-to-date with Amazon's policies and guidelines, ensuring compliance across all listings. Work collaboratively with the marketing team to align Amazon strategies with broader marketing initiatives. Regularly report on account performance, sales trends, and inventory status to senior management. Research and respond to Amazon customer feedback and reviews to maintain high seller ratings. Explore new opportunities for growth on Amazon, including expanding into new categories or markets. Content creation and editing with excellent collaboration with external and internal content creators

Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills:Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in digital marketing or a related field, or equivalent work experience 3-5 years of experience as an Amazon Seller Manager or similar role with a strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central. Demonstrated ability to manage listings, optimize product pages, and execute Amazon SEO best practices. Experience with Amazon advertising and promotional tools, including AMS, PPC campaigns, and promotional discounts. Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to make informed business decisions. Excellent organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Proficient in using analytic tools such as Google Analytics, Helium 10, or Jungle Scout. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite products Proficient in Adobe Suite, including design layouts, photo editing, and video editing Proficient in copywriting and project management Experience with user-generated content and affiliate marketing a bonus Naturally hard worker, not afraid to put in extra time and effort. Exceptional at "rolling up the sleeves"
