You will execute warehouse operations in term of service, cost, health and safety, quality, food defense, sustainability, legal requirements and policies compliance.

You will also work collaboratively with key internal and external (third-party logistics vendors) business partners to ensure effective management, timely solutions and execution.

You will also be responsible for activities such as inventory management (iDoc management, stock reconciliation), interfaces monitoring, track and trace, claims management, invoice management, compliance execution (HSE, quality, risk management), tenders support, third-party performance management, pallets management.


How you will contribute

You will:

  • Review and analyze stock inaccuracies and guarantee accurate stock alignment between SAP and the warehouse management system based on available information among stakeholders. Analyze and verify capacity utilization, performance and KPI monitoring, and introduce corrective measures in case of missing KPIs and the need to reduce additional capacity
  • Work with our service providers to ensure the delivery of our trading partners in terms of punctuality and completeness, taking into account quality and HACCP guidelines
  • Monitor inbound, outbound, copacking, warehousing and distribution activities to ensure shelflife monitoring and management, supports reduction of write offs and constantly looks for opportunities to improve productivities
  • Conduct projectrelated and ad hoc tasks, in particular in connection with continuous improvement projects and tenders and peak management
  • Build and provide fullcost analysis (yearly budget), risks and opportunities

Propósito

  • Coordinar la operación de almacenes para 2 países (Colombia y Ecuador) asegurando tener la operación bajo cumplimiento de expectativas y controles corporativos en términos de calidad, seguridad alimentaria, ocupacional y física, medio ambiente, costo.
  • Orientado a la excelencia y la agilidad en la ejecución logística de proceso de recepción, almacenamiento, alistamiento, despacho y logística inversa de productos, con el mejor nível de servicio.
  • Responsable de la mejora continua y las productividades necesarias con operadores logísticos que intervienen en los procesos de recepciones, almacenamiento, alistamiento, facturación y despachos de PT, devoluciones, destrucciones, entre otros temas relacionados, en colaboración con los socios logísticos (3PL), clientes, el equipo de servicio al cliente y el equipo de ventas para apoyar el crecimiento del negocio y garantizar la integridad de procesos y controles corporativos.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Coordinar y controlar operaciones de almacén para Colombia y Ecuador a través de Operador Logístico (3PL), 2 Centros de Distribución.
  • Responsable de la gestión, control y mejora del costo total de almacenes.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de contrato y nível de servicio requerido de los operadores logísticos para asegurar capacidades de almacenamiento, recepción, facturación, despacho y logística inversa de acuerdo con las necesidades del negocio, además la adecuada rotación de los productos para evitar pérdidas por vencimiento de producto durante el almacenamiento.
  • Apoyar y garantizar el cumplimiento de la agenda y políticas de seguridad en cada almacén.
  • Apoyar y garantizar el cumplimiento de la agenda y políticas de Defensa Alimentaria, garantizando los protocolos de Calidad en cada una de las operaciones.
  • Control y cumplimiento a política de inventario a través del monitoreo de la ejecución rutinaria de procesos de inventario.
  • Gestionar una agenda de colaboración estratégica con operadores logísticos y clientes.
  • Garantizar la integridad del negocio a través del cumplimiento de las políticas y procesos de auditoría.
  • Cumplir con los estándares establecidos por la empresa en programas corporativos como Buenas prácticas de fabricación BPM, QCMS, ISO, HACCP.
  • Promover e implementar estandarización de controles y procesos entre almacenes.

Calificaciones:

Conocimiento académico:
graduado universitario en ingeniería o áreas afines.

Conocimiento de trabajo
