To become a part of our team, you must have:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish with a minimum B2 level.
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel tools and familiarity with technological platforms used in project management and ecommerce operations.
  • Specific experience in managing sales channels on platforms such as Amazon, with solid knowledge of the dynamics and specific requirements of this platform.
  • Background in task coordination and activity tracking, ensuring deadlines are met, and objectives are efficiently achieved.
  • Experience in preparing detailed reports, demonstrating analytical skills, and the ability to summarize key information.
  • Experience in identifying and proactively resolving problems, demonstrating analytical skills, and the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Previous experience in remote work with the ability to work independently.
  • Preferably, studies in related areas such as Business Administration, Marketing, or other relevant fields.
  • A fully working desktop/laptop computer

About the role:


We are seeking an assistant for the go-to-market area of our company, with a specific focus on managing the Amazon channel and Project Management activities.

This role will play a crucial part in tracking and executing tasks, as well as efficiently coordinating the daily operations of the channel and overseeing various projects in the area.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Managing the daily operation of the Amazon channel, ensuring all activities are in order and deadlines are met.
  • Compiling periodic reports, researching outstanding cases, and accurately documenting all activities related to the Amazon channel.
  • Effectively collaborating in a team environment to ensure customer needs are comprehensively and effectively addressed.
