Responsabilidades principales:

Presentar informes narrativos y financieros de alta calidad, de acuerdo con las regulaciones del IRC y del donante. Asegurarse de que se incluyan los documentos requeridos, y que estén completos, sean correctos y aprobados por los puntos focales estratégicos. Apoyar el desarrollo de propuestas y presupuestos de alta calidad que sean pertinentes para el Plan de Acción Estratégica del IRC e incluyan aportes de socios clave (finanzas, operaciones, programas, socios, etc.). Mantener conocimiento sobre el lenguaje y las regulaciones de los acuerdos de subvención, sirviendo como recurso de conocimiento en lo que respecta a los donantes asignados y planteando preguntas cuando sea necesario. Encabezar reuniones de gestión de subvenciones y del ciclo del proyecto (diseño, apertura, implementación, Presupuesto vs. Real (BVA), cierre y aprendizaje) para identificar y ayudar a resolver necesidades, limitaciones y otros problemas del ciclo del proyecto. Trabajar con homólogos de subvenciones en la sede central y a nivel regional para garantizar la coordinación y el cumplimiento de los plazos y requisitos de propuestas. Mantener al supervisor informado sobre cualquier imprevisto para cumplir con las obligaciones contractuales, tasas de presentación de informes y variaciones presupuestarias significativas. Ser capaz de mitigar activamente los riesgos proponiendo soluciones correctivas en consenso con los jefes de departamento. Llevar a cabo actividades clave de gestión de subvenciones, desarrollo de programas, monitoreo y evaluación, comunicaciones y actividades de relaciones externas y asociaciones según sea necesario.

Requisitos del trabajo:

Educación:

Grado de posgrado en cooperación internacional o similar, o grado universitario con un año adicionales de experiencia específica en gestión de subvenciones. Nivel de inglés profesional (C1)

Experiencia y habilidades preferidas:

Al menos un año de experiencia trabajando en proyectos y/o gestión de subvenciones, desarrollo/diseño de propuestas comerciales en diversos contextos. Primera experiencia con donantes institucionales como el gobierno de los Estados Unidos (USAID/BHA/BPRM/), europeos (ECHO, UE, SIDA, GFFO, GIZ), FCDO, Naciones Unidas (UNHCR/UNFPA/UNDP/OCHA/WFP/FAO) y otros. Competencia demostrada en coordinación, diseño de propuestas, seguimiento y evaluación de programas, y elaboración de presupuestos utilizando MS Excel. Excelentes habilidades de redacción y experiencia en la redacción de propuestas/notas conceptuales. Excelentes habilidades organizativas y capacidad para determinar prioridades y cumplir con múltiples plazos. Atención al detalle, con capacidad de responder a múltiples tareas simultáneas y habilidades de comunicación, tanto oral como escrita Capaz de trabajar bien tanto en equipo como de manera indepediente, en un entorno multicultural desafiante y de ritmo rapido.
