About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Problem resolution in both the long and short term.
  • Assist 200 staff in Colombia by diagnosing problems and providing resolutions for technical and service issues.
  • Process, monitor, record and respond to requests related to IT onboarding and offboarding.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance of all ITrelated equipment and accessories as scheduled.
  • Microsoft 365 Troubleshooting & Support (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS OneDrive, MS SharePoint, MS Forms, MS Flows, MS, Teams, MS Exchange).
  • Google Workspace environment management, user and resource administration, and Troubleshooting and support (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Participates in and contributes to initiatives that improve IT processes.
  • Assess and provide IT recommendations on various requests such as Laptop/Desktop Purchase, network, and others.
  • Perform other tasks that are deemed necessary.
  • Physical Equipment stock management.
Position Prerequisites

Experience

  • Intermediate English level (Conversational)
  • Experience in Hardware and Software troubleshooting for both PC and Apple.
  • Proficient in Cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • History of supporting endusers to understand their issues and solve their problems.
  • 2 years of experience in related jobs.

Shift Time

  • 9:30 am to 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday (Bogotá Required to assist to the office)
