Estamos buscando una FAS IT que trabajara junto con el departamento de_ IT y reportará al gerente de IT directamente; el señor Mauricio Quiroga, con un equipo de 4 personas.

Esta posición es para la ciudad de Bogotá._

  • Misión Principal y Objetivo del Cargo _(_Definir en una frase):_


Asegurar el óptimo uso de reactivos, equipos y soluciones IT, con impacto en AMS/AMR en las instituciones hospitalarias, con el fin de garantizar el uso permanente de cada producto y de esta forma contribuir al PROA.

Esto con base en el contacto médico y a nível de comité de infecciones, en las instituciones hospitalarias seleccionadas, apoyando la consecución del presupuesto de ventas.


  • Responsabilidades Principales _(listar responsabilidades clave: máximo 6)_:

AMS-AMR:

  • Proporcionar un asesoramiento técnico y científico a los clientes Platinum y COE, con el objetivo principal de impactar en la creación o mejora del PROA, esto a través de un trabajo colaborativo con Microbiología, el comité de infecciones y el cuerpo médico. De igual forma debe asegurar el uso correcto de todas las soluciones BIOMERIEUX bajo los conceptos de Lab Consultancy y con la premisa de la optimización del flujo de trabajo, incluyendo la educación médica como aporte para lograr impactos medibles en el manejo de las enfermedades infecciosas.

IT

  • Presentar, implementar y seguir las soluciones IT, en proyectos clave (clientes Platinum y COE), realizando capacitaciones para el laboratorio y el ambiente hospitalario, con especial énfasis en el manejo eficiente de los flujos de la información de impacto en PROA. Apoyará todos los proyectos con soluciones IT de alta complejidad (multi site y otros) y debe asegurar el uso completo y continuo de sus funcionalidades tanto en laboratorio como en el ambiente hospitalario.
  • Participar y contribuir al cumplimiento de los objetivos del Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo SG-SST de bioMérieux Colombia.
  • Estudios-Experiência, Habilidades y Calificaciones:

3.1 Profesional Microbiología o Bacteriología, con experiência en servicio al cliente, con conocimiento en resistencia bacteriana, AES y flujos de trabajo e información en Microbiologia y comité de infecciones
:

Un mínimo de dos (2) años de experiência cargo relacionado con servicio al cliente, deseable conocimiento del sector.

3.2 Habilidades y calificaciones:
Excel Intermedio/ CRM completo para servicio técnico

Reportes y análisis de la epidemiologia clínica, manejo de WHONET.

Búsqueda de Causa Raíz / Capacidad de Escucha / Organización, Método y Ejecución / Actitud de Servicio

Alcance y Recursos:

Entrenamiento en buen uso de los instrumentos /GCS/ conocimiento completo de manejo e implementación a nível hospitalario de soluciones IT.


KPI:

Cierre de Technical Complaints/ Satisfacción del Cliente/#Clientes AMS/AMR Platinum y COE con implementación y uso al 100% en Laboratorio y ambiente hospitalario/ # Clientes AMS/AMR.
