Tiene el propósito de ser el vínculo conector entre las áreas de la Operación, colaborando con diferentes equipos de la región, ayudándolos con la organización y desarrollo de diversos proyectos para nuestros clientes.


Ser facilitador para la solución de posibles problemas operativos, de logística o estructura interna y relacionamiento con proveedores, mediante la implementación de acciones o procesos que afectan de forma transversal la productividad y calidad de los servicios a nuestros clientes, permitiendo que la organización funcione fluida y eficientemente.

El equipo


Serás parte de un equipo EPIC Pertenecerás al equipo de Business Acceleration que tiene se conforma por las áreas de soporte, y tiene el gran propósito de desarrollar e implementar diversas políticas, procesos y/o proyectos que tienen un impacto transversal en el funcionamiento y logística interna, con el fin de agilizar y eficientar la forma en que hacemos las cosas.


Los proyectos en los que estarás tendrán un impacto en nuestros clientes, proveedores y en todos los Findasensers logrando relaciones que funcionan a todos los níveles.


Estarás dentro de un ambiente de autogestión que te permitirá liderar proyectos nuevos y únicos potenciando el Innovation Leader que nos identifica a todos en Findasense.


¿Qué harás?

  • Desarrollar sinergias estratégicas a nível local y regional en el diseño de procesos de trabajos, políticas de organización y estándares de calidad, manteniendo un modelo de conexión robusto entre las distintas áreas del negocio y los equipos de soporte.
  • Liderar el equipo de Facilities regional, siendo el principal punto de contacto para la operación en todos los procesos administrativos y de gestión de las que son responsables.
  • Coordinar la gestión de proveedores, colaboradores externos, brand managers, influencers y agencias de medios o producción, confeccionando los acuerdos de servicios, el calendario de pagos y gestionando las relaciones con los diversos stakeholders.
  • Coordinar y supervisar la gestión de viajes, hoteles, traslados, seguros, etc. de acuerdo a las necesidades por proyectos con clientes o de movilidad interna, asegurando el cumplimiento en tiempo y forma.
  • Proyección, seguimiento y control de los presupuestos anuales del CECO de Facilities regional, haciendo reporting al Regional Company Lead mensualmente estableciendo prioridades en el uso de los recursos y detectando a tiempo posibles desviaciones.
  • Apoyar la implementación de planes de acción tangibles que nos permitan el logro de los objetivos regionales, estableciendo procesos y KPIs de productividad (eficiencia de estructura de costes y tiempos de delivery), calidad (mejora de los entregables y trabajo multidisciplinar), y de innovación (aspectos diferenciales en nuestras organización).
  • Coordinación y colaboración con los equipos de Finance y Culture & People Experience en los procesos y políticas que influyan directamente en la operación y las personas generando procesos de trabajo integrados y alineados.
  • Diseño e implementación de procesos, protocolos y políticas generando eficiencias operacionales con la asignación correcta de responsables, recursos y tiempos. Identificar proactivamente posibles áreas de mejora, proponer soluciones e innovaciones en el flujo de trabajo, mediante el reporte de métricas y resultados.
  • Ser role model al impulsar (decir) y alinearse (actuar) a los valores de la Cultura EPIC, haciendo uso de todos los procesos y herramientas internas para la gestión de equipos y toma de decisiones relativas a personas.

Requirements:

¿Quién eres?

  • Aportarás experiência de 5 años en roles de Operations Manager o similares habiendo trabajado en entornos digitales de agencias, productoras, pymes, entre otras.
  • Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Marketing, RRPP, Producción o afines.
  • Nível de inglés alto (conversacional).
  • Persona analítica y orientada a la identificación de soluciones ágiles y creativas, con excelente capacidad de coordinación y planificación.
  • Experiência en gestión o coordinación de personas y equipos pequeños o experiência en la gestión y conexión de diversas áreas funcionales de una operación.
  • Altas habilidades interpersonales, estableciendo sinergias de colaborador con excelentes habilidades de negociación y comunicación (tanto verbal como escrita).
  • Persona flexible y adaptable, que no se detiene ante la presencia de obstáculos en el día a día, pudiendo prosperar en entornos dinámicos, rápidos y cambiantes.
  • Capacidad para el desarrollo de marcos analíticos y de decisión para respaldar sus estrategias y decisiones.
  • Aportarás conocimientos en:
  • Gsuite, Iwork, Office. Y diversas herramientas digitales para la gestión operativa.
  • Excelentes habilidades de Excel, para la gestión y seguimiento de presupuesto, BBDD, etc.
