We have ambitious expansion plans and aim to grow our team predominantly in Operations, besides other critical functions such as Technology, Finance, People Operations, Business Development, and Compliance.

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will play a crucial role by managing recruitment activities, fostering candidate relationships, and spearheading innovative recruitment strategies to support the rapid growth of our ever-evolving business.

Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment process, from identifying top talent to final hiring decisionsResearching and developing diverse talent pipelines for present and future recruitment needsConducting video, phone, and face-to-face interviewsEnsuring a superior candidate experienceManaging intricate recruitment and scheduling processes with Hiring Managers and candidatesCollaborating with the marketing team to creatively promote our brand in Colombia through events, presentations, and social media

Requirements

University degree or higher with a strong academic background3-5 years of full-time recruitment experience covering the entire recruitment cycleExperience in proactive talent sourcing via online job boards or other job seeker database systems (e.g., LinkedIn, Xing, Github, etc.) and analytic tools to build talent poolsFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and their reporting functionalitiesPassionate about pursuing a career in talent acquisition and recruitmentAdvanced skills in relationship buildingOutstanding communication (written and verbal), listening, and negotiation abilitiesCapability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team settingAptitude to achieve objectives under pressure and within tight timelinesProven ability to prioritize, manage time, and multitask efficiently in a fast-paced settingProficiency in MS Office and G Suite
