The Position

FullStack is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager with a strong blend of project management expertise and marketing proficiency to lead and optimize our marketing initiatives. In this role, you will manage workflows, ensure deadlines are met, and drive accountability within the team. Additionally, you will execute and oversee key marketing campaigns, foster community engagement, and analyze performance metrics to support business objectives.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Project Management & Team Coordination:
    • Lead sprint planning sessions to prioritize tasks and align the team's efforts with business goals.
    • Manage backlog refinement, ensuring clarity and prioritization of tasks for all team members.
    • Monitor deadlines, measure team efficiency, and hold team members accountable for commitments.
  • Campaign Management & Execution:
    • Oversee the development, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns.
    • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Manage social media posting schedules and community engagement efforts.
    • Monitor social platforms to foster discussions, respond to inquiries, and drive audience engagement.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting:
    • Analyze campaign and team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
    • Generate reports to assess ROI and overall team productivity.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of professional experience in marketing, preferably in the IT or software industry.
  • Advanced English is required.
  • Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
  • 5+ years of experience leading and managing a marketing team.
  • Proven experience in managing and executing ad campaigns across various channels, including digital and traditional platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor multiple direct reports, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads for campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms for managing leads, automation, and customer engagement.
  • Strong expertise in marketing project management and campaign execution, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Deep understanding of marketing principles and best practices, including digital marketing, branding, and audience targeting.
  • Analytical skills to track key performance metrics, measure campaign effectiveness, and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in social media management using tools like Hootsuite to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and optimize content strategy.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
