We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to join our global marketing team. This role will focus on driving marketing strategies and initiatives for our flagship Teaching & Learning solution across North America. This is a highly collaborative and strategic position that requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and innovation to engage clients, prospects, and stakeholders effectively. This role is ideal for a strategic and results-driven marketing professional who excels in developing multi-channel marketing programs that enhance brand awareness and drive demand. You will be responsible for creating, managing, and executing field marketing initiatives that align with business goals and drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a background in SaaS, B2B or EdTech and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams to drive marketing success.
Primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing comprehensive field marketing strategies tailored to the unique needs of the North American market. Creating and implementing targeted multi-channel campaigns to drive lead generation, enhance brand awareness, and foster customer engagement, ensuring alignment with regional sales objectives and overall company goals.
- Designing and deploying innovative, data-driven campaigns, including virtual and in-person events, digital programs, and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives. Measuring and optimizing for maximum ROI and engagement.
- Collaborating closely with the sales team to develop and execute account-based field marketing programs. Ensuring marketing initiatives support sales objectives, including providing sales enablement tools and resources.
- Tracking and analyzing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and partnerships, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Planning and executing regional events, both virtual and in-person, targeting the relevant personas that are thought provoking and innovative. Partnering with alliances and internal teams to deliver impactful events that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and accelerate pipeline.
- Collaborating with content and product marketing teams to develop high-quality assets, including whitepapers, case studies, blogs, and webinars, demonstrating the benefits of our solutions.
- Managing and supporting the Business Development Representative (BDR) to ensure alignment with marketing and sales objectives, drive lead generation, and enhance outreach efforts.
- Positioning the company as a thought leader in the education technology space.
The Candidate:
Required skills/qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the EdTech or technology industries.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Fluency in written and spoken English at CEF B2 level or above.
Preferred skills/qualifications:
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies for SaaS solutions.
- Experience working with channel partners and understanding of regional market differences.
- Experience in co-marketing or joint marketing initiatives.
