Position: Learning Experience Manager

The Learning Experience Manager will be responsible for coordinating, organizing, and implementing all of our training programs. They will work closely with our Learning Experience Leaders and other site managers daily to ensure the quality of all programs and to execute and deliver world-class training for all of our teammates and future leaders.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Maintain Training Schedule for Colombia and Mexico Sites to ensure transparency with other departments.
  2. Update all Spreadsheets for rosters for Colombia and Mexico Team as employees are added or deleted.
  3. Create Seats for New Training Staff, including updated job descriptions, duties, and pay ranges.
  4. Interview for New Training Staff, including interview questions regarding skillset and culture.
  5. Onboard Training Staff with a complete overview of TaskUs culture and Job Expectations.
  6. Set Job Expectations with Training Staff, including all policies and procedures for training staff.
  7. Grade Training Staff on Training Skill Sets, where KPIs are assessed and measured.
  8. Develop Training Staff and Leadership with education and certifications in the area of continued education.
  9. Observe Training Staff during training classes to maintain excellence in performance.
  10. Provide Positive and Constructive Feedback for coaching and mentoring each trainer for improvements and praise.
  11. Provide KPIs and standards for each quarter for Training Staff, setting goals for each trainer quarterly.
  12. Provide tools/resources to assist in excellent training material creation.
  13. Document information on each Training Staff Member, maintaining electronic records.
  14. Receive and analyze training evaluation forms for each class to identify trends and patterns for improvement.
  15. Create and maintain training methodologies for the department to enhance the training experience.
  16. Develop training courses to further educate current employees for possible higher positions.
  17. Maintain strong communication with Recruiting and Operations to co-create a strong cycle from pipeline to production.

Qualifications:

  1. Five years of training experience.
  2. Two years of management experience.
  3. Two years of BPO Experience.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
  6. Strong will to learn and adapt to quick change.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.
  8. Strong interpersonal, conflict management, and mentoring skills.
  9. Ability to work on a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, evenings, and long hours.
  10. High energy, enthusiastic, motivational training style.
  11. Strong organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills.
