Business Systems Analyst

BA Global Talent is looking for a qualified professional as a Business Systems Analyst in Argentina and Colombia. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs with technology solutions. This role involves analyzing, designing, and implementing technology solutions to optimize business processes, enhance efficiency, and drive digital transformation across various departments.Responsibilities:Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering Analyze and model business processes to identify pain points, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement through technology solutions. Elicit and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders across different departments (Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc.) through interviews, workshops, and document analysis. Skillfully navigate cultural nuances and communication styles to ensure a clear understanding and alignment of expectations with international stakeholders. Develop comprehensive user stories, use cases, and functional specifications that clearly define system requirements and desired outcomes. Collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritize requirements and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. System Design & Solutions Translate business requirements into technical specifications and system design documents that guide the development and implementation of technology solutions. Collaborate with technical teams (developers, architects, engineers) to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to technical standards. Generate Workato recipe builds and collaborate on integration management with the IT team. Evaluate and recommend appropriate software applications, tools, and technologies to meet business needs, considering factors such as functionality, scalability, integration capabilities, and cost-effectiveness. Testing & Quality Assurance Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure that technology solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements. Conduct various types of testing, including unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Conduct Salesforce QA and deliver structured issue triage and resolution. Identify and document defects, working with development teams to resolve issues and ensure quality deliverables. Implementation & Support  Support the deployment and rollout of technology solutions, providing training and guidance to end-users. Lead the creation, management, and ongoing refinement of Order Form templates; support the deployment of new systems and tools with documentation, enablement, and training. Provide ongoing tech stack troubleshooting and end-user support across Salesforce, Workato, Looker, and other integrated platforms. Monitor and manage multiple Salesforce Slack channels, responding to user needs and surfacing cross-functional insights. Develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and knowledge base articles. Provide ongoing support to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical challenges. RevOps Tech Stack & Systems Management Oversee provisioning, procurement, and vendor relationships for Sales, CS, and Finance technologies. Maintain and enhance documentation related to tech stack configuration, usage, and requirements. Enable and support the evaluation, implementation, and change management of new technologies. Collaborate on data enrichment efforts to improve account and contact records for the pipeline generation (e.g., blitz support). Track and manage revenue account limits and ownership assignments across GTM teams. Drive tech stack enablement across teams to ensure consistent adoption and value realization. Continuous Improvement Monitor and analyze the performance of technology solutions, identifying areas for optimization and enhancement. Proactively identify opportunities to leverage new technologies and methodologies to improve business processes and drive innovation. Proactively lead change management efforts to drive user adoption and operational efficiency. Contribute to the strategic roadmap by assessing emerging technologies and process enhancements. Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in business systems analysis and technology. Qualifications:Strong proficiency in the following: Google Workspace (G Suite): Google Sheets, Google Slides Data Analytics Platforms: Looker (including SQL and LookML) Integration Platforms (iPaaS): Workato preferred CRM (Salesforce): Administration, API architecture, reporting, QA, and support ERP Systems: NetSuite (API architecture) LLMs (Large Language Models): Experience with Claude.ai Language Skills: Strong English communication skills Location: Must be based in Argentina or Colombia Benefits: All legally mandated benefits, plus health insurance and upskill allowance.
