We're Hiring: Business Analyst

Location: Remote from Colombia

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Central Time)

Education Required: Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Information Systems, or related fields

English Level: Advanced (B2+)

Role Objective:

The Business Analyst is responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement in processes, systems, and strategies through data analysis, requirements gathering, and cross-functional collaboration. The main goal is to translate business needs into effective solutions that generate value and efficiency.

Responsibilities:


• Collect, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements


• Evaluate current processes and propose improvements based on data and best practices


• Develop business models, process flows, and technical documentation


• Collaborate with IT, operations, and stakeholders to implement solutions


• Perform data analysis to support strategic decision-making


• Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings


• Participate in planning and execution of digital transformation projects


• Monitor KPIs and key metrics to assess the impact of initiatives

Skills:

Hard Skills:


• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in similar roles


• Experience in process analysis, project management, or business intelligence


• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and data analysis tools


• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)


• Familiarity with process modeling tools (BPMN, UML)

Soft Skills:


• Analytical and strategic thinking


• Effective communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work in teams and manage multiple priorities
