**What the day will look like**
- Our group helps protect Aon's people, property and information through a robust physical security program and in partnership with People Safety and Security Services security practices across the enterprise. People Safety and Security Services' primary focus is on protecting Aon's people and property from physical harm, data loss, and exposure. As a key member of the People Safety and Security Services group you will provide administration over the existing enterprise physical security systems and technology services, while also overseeing system installation, maintenance and repair coordination. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing physical security projects for regional Aon locations, uninterrupted operation of Aon Physical Security Systems, as well as ID badging administration support for the region. Regional Systems Analyst will also be responsible for ensuring Aon's access, monitoring and space design standards are adhered to. This will be accomplished through managing physical security systems, programs and projects, working with vendors at a LATAM regional level, and acting as an advisor for local access and monitoring projects. The Regional Systems Analyst will work closely with Business leaders, IT, Regional Security teams and Real Estate_

Understand, implement and help enforce the use of Aon's corporate security policy and standards_
- _ Support access control and monitoring processes_
- _ Oversee operations and support ID Badging processes_
- _ Manage Enterprise level access control and video management platforms_
- _ Oversee and manage physical security systems maintenance and repair_
- _ Oversee and manage physical security database health and integrity_
- _ Maintain GPS stakeholder and leadership support for related programs across_
- _ Collaborate and support Aon’s security systems support vendors_
- _ Collaborate with Corporate Real Estate and IT teams on Tier 2 and 3 office projects_
- _ Provide Metrics and Data Analysis as well as project status reports to leadership_
- _ Work with a global team which will occasionally require working during non-business hours_
- _ Some travel may be required to LATAM Countries_
- _ Eligibility for USA visitor Visa preferred._

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- _ Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience in working with access control and monitoring operations_
- _ Understanding of ID badging operations_
- _ Basic troubleshooting skills_
- _ Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian_
- _ Ability to accomplish tasks with mínimal supervision_
- _ Demonstrated fluency in Spanish and English a must. Portuguese speakers preferred_
- _ Proficient in the use of MS Office - Word, Excel, Power Point_
- _ Must be technologically savvy_
- _ An understanding of Enterprise Security Systems and architecture_
- _ Preferred understanding of low voltage wiring and best practices._
