En Somos Internet estamos Buscamos un performance marketing manager apasionado y orientado a resultados para liderar nuestras campañas publicitarias en plataformas digitales como Facebook y Google. La persona ideal será responsable de crear y optimizar campañas que impulsen el crecimiento y maximicen el ROI colaborando con nuestro equipo de gestión de contenido.

Responsabilidades:

  • Crear, gestionar y optimizar campañas de publicidad digital en plataformas como Google Ads, Facebook Ads, y otras plataformas.

  • Desarrollar estrategias de segmentación de audiencias para maximizar la efectividad de las campañas.

  • Monitorear y analizar el rendimiento de las campañas, realizando ajustes basados en datos para mejorar continuamente los resultados.

  • Colaborar con equipos de diseño y contenido para crear anuncios atractivos y efectivos.

  • Realizar pruebas A/B para optimizar creatividades, mensajes y segmentaciones.

  • Gestionar el presupuesto de publicidad, asegurando una distribución eficiente y efectiva.

  • Mantenerse actualizado sobre las tendencias y mejores prácticas.

  • Elaborar informes periódicos sobre el rendimiento de las campañas y hacer recomendaciones de mejora.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia demostrable en la creación y optimización de campañas de Google Ads y Facebook Ads.

  • Conocimiento avanzado en herramientas de análisis como Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, y similares.

  • Habilidad para interpretar datos y convertirlos en estrategias de marketing efectivas.

  • Experiencia en gestión de presupuestos publicitarios.

  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo, con un enfoque proactivo y orientado a resultados.

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.

  • Experiencia en startups es deseable.
