We are looking for a **Marketing Communications Manager** who will lead the development and execution of marketing and communication strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive sales growth, and improve customer loyalty, ensuring alignment with business objectives and a positive ROI.

As a **Marketing Communications Manager**, some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:

- "Define and develop the current marketing strategy based on organizational objectives and ensure the execution of the plan."
- Lead digital campaigns on various platforms, including Google Ads and social media, tracking and analyzing for continuous improvement.
- Develop LinkedIn content and lead generation strategy, using social network statistics and automation for ongoing enhancement.
- Manage the acquisition of partners and establish strong relationships to support the marketing strategy and impact results.

**Minimum requirements**:
**Studies**: Professional degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, or related fields.

**Experience**: At least 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing and event planning and 1 year in leadership positions.

**Language**: Strong proficiency in English is essential to effectively communicate (C1 Level required).

**Perks**:
**Work mode**: Remote.

**Contract**: Indefinitely contract.

**Schedule**: From Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 5:30 pm with one hour for lunch. (following the American calendar).

**Salary**:$ 7.000.000 - $ 7.500.000 COP. Depending on experience.
