En Somos Internet estamos Buscamos un marketing ops manager altamente analítico y orientado a resultados. Este rol es fundamental para identificar oportunidades que impulsen la efectividad del equipo de ventas, optimizando nuestras estrategias de marketing a través de la automatización, el análisis de datos, la creación de campañas cruzadas y el desarrollo de landing pages efectivas.

Responsabilidades:

  • Análisis de datos: Extraer y analizar datos de la base de datos y otras plataformas para identificar oportunidades que aumenten las reservas de instalaciones.

  • Automatización de marketing: Diseñar y ejecutar flujos de automatización que mejoren la eficiencia de las campañas y faciliten la labor del equipo de ventas.

  • Programa de referidos: Colaborar con el equipo de producto para diseñar y mejorar nuestro programa de referidos.

  • Campañas de marketing cruzado: Desarrollar y ejecutar campañas de marketing cruzado que maximicen la conversión de clientes potenciales en clientes activos.

  • Optimización de la base de datos: Mantener y segmentar la base de datos para garantizar que las campañas estén dirigidas a los públicos correctos.

  • Creación de landing pages: Diseñar y optimizar landing pages para mejorar las tasas de conversión y apoyar los objetivos de ventas.

  • Colaboración interdepartamental: Trabajar estrechamente con los equipos de ventas, producto y desarrollo para alinear estrategias y tácticas de marketing.

  • Informe de resultados: Elaborar informes periódicos sobre el rendimiento de las campañas y las iniciativas de marketing, proporcionando recomendaciones basadas en datos.

  • Mejora continua: Estar al tanto de las mejores prácticas en marketing digital y automatización, implementando nuevas herramientas y métodos cuando sea necesario.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia en operaciones de marketing, marketing digital, o roles similares.

  • Conocimientos sólidos en CRM, automatización de marketing, y herramientas de análisis de datos.

  • Habilidad para interpretar datos y transformar insights en estrategias de marketing efectivas.

  • Experiencia en la creación y optimización de landing pages.

  • Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos y prioridades en un entorno dinámico.

  • Habilidades de comunicación claras y efectivas para colaborar con diferentes equipos.

  • Experiencia en startups es deseable.
