Tu principal misión será lograr un crecimiento acelerado y rentable, con un enfoque especial en el mercado mexicano.

Responsabilidades:
  • Participar activamente en la construcción de la estrategia de la compañía con el resto del equipo directivo y la junta directiva.
  • Diseñar el plan comercial alineado a los objetivos trazados y la estrategia de compañía definida.
  • Definir los objetivos de los diferentes roles del equipo de ventas y mercadeo y los planes para cumplirlos.
  • Diseñar métodos para proteger los intereses y los bienes de la compañía frente a clientes competidores mercado y entorno general.
  • Analizar permanentemente los indicadores comerciales y su impacto en los índices financieros.
  • Analizar el modelo de negocio las necesidades del mercado y optimizar la propuesta de valor para obtener máxima rentabilidad.
  • Formular estrategias de venta y mercadeo que generen crecimiento acelerado y rentable.
  • Organizar la estructura actual del equipo de ventas y mercadeo; planificar su futura estructura según objetivos y presupuesto.
  • Establecer indicadores de gestión globales individuales y por subproceso; monitorearlos permanentemente.
  • Identificar tendencias oportunidades y amenazas en el entorno para tomar decisiones o actualizar objetivos.
  • Ejecutar diversas estrategias que lleven al cumplimiento del plan de negocios establecido.
  • Gestionar recursos económicos disponibles; generar nuevas fuentes de financiamiento para sostenibilidad financiera.
  • Realizar estrategias para que todo el equipo conozca y ejecute la visión/ misión de la compañía.
  • Inglés conversacional fluido.
  • Experiencia en startups
  • Experiencia comprobada en aperturas internacionales especialmente en México.
