About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Marketing Officer to join our team at elev8, a fast-growing international marketing agency specializing in the behavioral health industry. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving growth, enhancing brand visibility, and developing client acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Fulfillment (70%):
    • Manage a growing team of 15 employees, ensuring every brand meets its goals and delivering on promises.
    • Drive alignment across teams, including PPC, SEO, WEB, and Client Services.
    • Ensure teams meet established targets and KPIs.
    • Engage in ongoing customer conversations to refine product-market fit, product offerings, and improve performance and CSAT levels.
    • Analyze market and industry trends to refine strategies and stay ahead of the curve.
    • Create processes and procedures to foster cohesive marketing strategies and enable teams to drive performance consistently.
  • Demand Generation (30%):
    • Implement and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligning with elev8's targets and objectives.
    • Spearhead demand gen campaigns to generate MQLs for the sales team through content, field marketing, PPC campaigns, and outbound marketing.
    • Build elev8's brand through thought leadership, press/media, and brand awareness campaigns.
    • Lead and expand the internal marketing department, nurturing a team of marketing professionals.
    • Ensure accurate performance attribution across all channels and evaluate best paths forward to obtain best ROI from budget and resource allocation.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of proven experience in search engine marketing with expertise in PPC, SEO, WEB, and CRO.
  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency, servicing high-ticket clients is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of running a tier 1 marketing operation, managing needed systems, and KPI benchmarks.
  • Strong collaborative and cooperative mindset, working with cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise across all relevant marketing tech stack, centering around SFDC.
  • Experienced with running operations and processes to the T- via Project Management Software like ClickUp.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task, working in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills (C1+ English level).
  • Willingness to travel and grow a talented international marketing team across borders.
